Wonder is an experienced Development and Humanitarian practitioner. He holds a Masters in Development Studies (SA), B.Sc. (Hons) in Geo. & Environment (Zim.) and a Dip. Forestry (Zim.) He has worked in East and Southern African countries all through his professional career spanning over 20 years and acquired hands-on humanitarian programming and a broad network of contacts which aspects are invaluable in the CHA`s programming and initiatives. His last official position was CLHS’ Technical Director where he had broad oversight of the humanitarian responses in Zimbabwe and other African countries. His responsibilities included coordination of the preparation and approval of the country and regional strategies and programmes in Africa. He is a seasoned Sphere Standards Trainer and the CHA contact in its role as the Focal Point for Sphere Standards in Southern Africa. Previously he held such positions as a Associate Consultant, with DeGI, Deputy Country Director—Programmes with Caritas Internationalis, Programme Unit Manager with Plan International, Community Programmes Coordinator with Environment Africa; District Forestry Extension Officer—Forestry Commission. He is a certified Sphere Standards Trainer, accredited Sphere Focal Point and a member of Professionals in Humanitarian Aid and Protection.
Sandra is a Chartered Accountant and Registered Public auditor who trained with Deloitte & Touche before joining Mupazano Advisory Services. She has over 13 years’ experience in the audit of companies in accordance with various frameworks (IFRS, GAAP, US GAAP, GAGAS, ISA, AICPA, IPSAS).. She brings to CHA her vast experience with the audit of internal control systems and processes, financial due diligences, risk management, compilation engagements, managing trust accounts, judicial management services, account reconciliation and reconstruction, fixed assets management services and contract management. She is further sharpening her skills with the Institute of Directors Zimbabwe (IODZ)
A seasoned Information Systems Research, Management and Development Professional. His experience in the Information Technology field spans over 10 years through Research, Audit, Consultation, Technical Services, Advisory, Policy and Analysis in the Financial Services Sector. He has worked with the Private and Regulatory sector in Policy Development, Review, Implementation and Compliance for modernization and social development through financial services access and technology use. Prince brings to CHA his extensive exposure in consultative work with development partners and organization in technology development, policy analysis and development in poverty alleviation through financial inclusion, financial access through technology and social development through policy. A holder of Master of Science in Information Systems and Bachelor of Science Honours in Information Systems. Prince is also a Certified Digital Forensic Analyst.
Caroline holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from Egerton University, Kenya. and a Diploma in Project Management. She is a Community Engagement, Governance & Advocacy Specialist with over 12 years of success enhancing transparency and accountability in the humanitarian sector. Her professional exploits with the likes of Transparency International—Kenya (9 years), Horn Relief—Kenya (2 years) and World Concern exposed her to Accountability to the affected populations (AAP), human rights, resource mobilisation, governance, and building consensus across diverse issues and cultures. Caroline is also a Certified Sphere Standards Trainer
Kudzai is a Cloud, Mobile and Web App software developer. He holds a MSc in Computer Science and a first class BSc in Information Technology. He brings to the CHA Tech-team experience including 5 years of systems architecture and design on Microsoft stack, distributed applications, soap, rest, and microservices, Mobile, Web and IoT. Kudzai has exceptional trouble shooting, training and documentation skills to back his interest in Big Data, AI, Mathematics and Microcontrollers
Dorothea is a holder of a Bachelors of Laws Honours (LLB) Degree from the Midlands State University and is a member of the Law Society of Zimbabwe. She also holds a Certificate in Business and Human Rights, a World Bank Group certificate in Credit Reporting, another World Bank Group Certificate in Secured Transactions, Movable Asset Based Financing and Collateralized Registries and a Latham and Watkins Certificate on Mergers and Acquisitions. She brings her experience to CHA having served in a Board for a corporate, written opinions and advised on regulatory compliance, Human rights law, corporate law, commercial law, investment law, intellectual property law, mining law, labour law, banking law, corporate advisory and financial services law, International Trade law, Insolvency law and litigation
